EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Fresher candidates may apply for the disciplines in the post of Assistant Manager as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Management Trainee (MT).
They shall be considered as GET in Metallurgy, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Systems and as MT in Finance, Human Resource, Materials & Contracts and Marketing.
Candidates awaiting result are not eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification for GET/MT shall be as under:
i. GET (Met., Chem., Mech., Elect.): Full time Degree in Engineering from recognized Indian University/Institution in Metallurgy, Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
ii. GET (Systems): Full time Degree in Engineering from recognized Indian University/Institution in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation as well as Post Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
iii. MT (HR, M&C, Marketing): Graduate in any stream with full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma from recognized Institution in Human Resource, Materials & Contracts and Marketing with Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in Graduation as well as Post Graduation (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent.
iv. MT (Finance): CA / ICWA from recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Maximum 30yrs as on 01-07-2014 only for Fresher applying for the post of GET/MT. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

Mining: Production and Planning in a Mining Project.
Metallurgy: Operation & Maintenance of Smelter/Refinery of a non-ferrous Metal Industry. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ (Metallurgy/ Material Science/ Chemical/ Ceramic.
Chemical: Working in Process Plant. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ (Metallurgy/ Material Science/ Chemical/ Ceramic.
Concentrator: Working in mineral / ore dressing / processing of a non-ferrous Metal Industry.
Mechanical: Maintenance of common mechanical equipments in a process or mineral processing Industry. Workshop practices and Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving machineries like Excavator, Dumper, Dozer, Belt Conveyors etc.
Electrical: Maintenance of Electrical systems and equipments in Process Industry. Knowledge of Auto Electrical. Maintenance of Heavy Electrical Equipment like Transformer, Motors, Generators, Capital Repairs, Preventive Maintenance, etc.
Civil: Working in infrastructure development and maintenance.
Research & Development: Working and familiar with Instrumental and R & D with analysis activities in Process Plant.
Systems: Working in ERP environment.
Finance: Finalization of Accounts, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, MIS, Merger and Acquisition.
Human Resources: All facets of Human Resource Management.
Law: Working with all types of legal activities. Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Engineering with Bachelor Degree in Law.
Town Administration & Security: Ex-Servicemen / Defense personnel at the level of Lt. Col. / Equivalent or above
Public Relations: Publication of House Journal / Advertising / Media Management.
Medical & Health Services: Respective specialization in all spheres of activities.
Materials & Contracts: Procurement of Spare Parts / Replacements, Quality Control of purchasing and ordering such parts, processes involved in ordering, Shipping, Warehousing & Inventory Control, sound knowledge of Contract Management.
Marketing: Marketing and Market Research.
Experience (Minimum)—
— Dy. General Manager: 18 years.
— Asst. General Manager: 15 years.
— Chief Manager: 12 years.
— Sr. Manager: 10 years.
— Manager: 07 years.
— Deputy Manager: 04 years.
— Assistant Manager: 02 years.
