Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL) is inviting application form for the post of Management Trainees in discipline of – Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Finance, Materials, Marketing, Computer, Fire & Safety, Quality Control, Official Language, Industrial health & Hygiene and Secretarial. MANAGEMENT TRAINEES: 35 NOS.
Numbers of vacancies according to discipline wise are as follows —
1. Chemical: 6 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1; ST—1; OBC—3)
Qualification: Degree in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering
2. Electrical: 6 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—2; OBC—1). Out of total, 1 post is reserved for PWD candidates.
Qualification: Degree in Chemical / Petrochemical Engineering
3. Instrumentation: 4 Nos. (Gen—3; ST—1)
Qualification: Degree in Instrumentation Engineering
4. Mechanical: 3 Nos. (OBC—1; SC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5. Finance: 4 NOs. (Gen—2; OBC—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Graduate with Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or B.Com with MBA(Finance)
6. Materials: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; OBC—1). Out of total, 1 post is reserved for PWD candidates.
Qualification: Degree in Chemical / Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
7. Marketing: 3 Nos. (OBC—1; SC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: Degree in Science & MBA with specialization in Marketing
8. Computer: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology
9. Fire & Safety: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering
10. Quality Control: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)
11. Official Language: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: M A in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at Graduate Level &Post Graduate Diploma in Translation
12. Industrial Health & Hygiene: 1 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: M.Sc (Environmental Science)
13. Secretarial: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Graduate with Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
N.B: Except in the case of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/ Company Secretary all other qualifications should be of regular full time course of appropriate duration having First Class with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute
Candidates those who are appearing in their final year examination may also apply. However if selected, they should submit the proof of passing the prescribed qualification with minimum prescribed marks on or before 2nd September 2013
Age Limits: between 21yrs to 25yr as on 01-01-2013-03-2013. Upper age relaxation for OBC—3yrs, SC/ST –5yrs, PWD – 10yrs. For other categories, if any – as per norms.
Selection Steps:
Candidates will have to appear for an Online Test which will be of 2hrs duration consisting 130 Multiple choice questions in General Awareness, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Etc.
There will be negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates qualified from Online Test will be called for Group Discussion and Interview.
The Online Test is scheduled to be held on 26th May 2013. The Online test will be conducted at the following 12 cities — 1. New Delhi, 2. Mumbai, 3. Kolkata, 4. Chennai, 5. Kochi., 6. Pune, 7. Aurangabad, 8. Nagpur, 9. Hyderabad, 10.Bangalore, 11.Kozhikode, 12. Thiruvananthapuram.
The list of eligible candidates will be available at the official website of HOCL as well as candidates may download their Admit Card in due course from the website.
Application fee: Rs.500 for General and OBC candidates (Rs.100 only as processing fee for SC/ST & PWD candidates)
Candidates may pay the fee through Net banking or by using their Debit/ Credit card.

After successful submission of Online application form; print-out the system generated Registration slip and retain safely for future correspondence.
There is no need to send any documents to anywhere by post.
