District Health & Family Welfare Samiti & Chief Medical Officer of Health, Hoogly, is recruiting 50 posts of Block Accounts Manager (BAM), Data Processing Assistant (DPA), ICTC Counsellor, ICTC Lab Technician, STI Counsellor, Blood Bank Counsellor and Block ASHA facilitator on contractual basis. CMO AND DHFWS, HOOGLY INVITES APPLICATION FOR 50 DIFFERENT POSTS ON CONTRACT BASIS. LAST DATE — 07/04/2015

 

1. Block Accounts Manager (BAM): 1 Nos. (Gen)

Educational qualification: Bachelor Degree in Commerce with advance knowledge of Computer in MS Word, XL, Power Point, Internet Browsing & Accounting Software eg. Tally.

Age Limit: Below 40 years as on 01.01.2015.

 

2. Data Processing Assistant (DPA): 1 Nos. (Gen)

Educational qualification: Bachelor Degree and must have 1 year diploma/certificate in computer/IT and shall have good typing speed on computer.
Good knowledge in Bengali/Hindi and English is required.

Desirable: 1 year experience in data collection, compilation and entry.

Age Limit: 20 to 40years as on 01.07.2014.

 

3. ICTC Counsellor: 5 Nos. (Reservation as per norms)

Educational qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/Nursing with 1 year experience.
OR Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with 3 years experience.
Desirable: Work experience at NACO recognized Organization & knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Below 40years as on 01.07.2014.

 

4. ICTC Lab Technician: 3 Nos. (Reservation as per norms.)

Educational qualification: Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with 1 year experience.
OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years experience.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Below 40years as on 01.07.2014. The upper age relaxation for reserved category as per govt. norms

 

5. STI Counsellor: 1 Nos.
Educational qualification: Degree/Diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with 1 year experience.
OR Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with 3 years experience.
Desirable: Work experience at NACO recognized Organization & knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Below 40years as on 01.07.2014.

 

6. Blood Bank Counsellor: 3 Nos. (reservation as per norms)

Educational qualification: Post-Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology Human Development/Nursing with 2yearsexperience & knowledge of Computer in MS Office.
Desirable: Work experience at NACO and knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Below 40years as on 01.07.2014.

 

7. Block ASHA: 36 Nos. (reservation as per norms.)
Educational qualification: Master Degree in Social
Science/Sociology/Social Anthropology/MBA/Economics/Mass Communication/Rural Development/Social Work OR Graduate in any discipline with 2 years experience in health project and knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
Desirable: Preference will be given having work experience in ASHA program, knowledge of MS office & Internet.
Age Limit: Below 40years as on 01.07.2014.

 

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for reserved categories) through Demand Draft in favour of Member Secretary, District Health & Family Welfare samiti, Hooghly payable at Chinsurah.

For the posts in Sl.no 1 to 6 candidates may submit their application in drop box kept in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, 2nd Floor DRDC Building, Chinsurah, and Hooghly.
And for the post in Sl.no.7, candidates may drop their application in the drop box kept at the Office of the respective Block Medical officer of Helath.
