HQ Eastern Air Command, Indian Air Force (IAF)is inviting application for 64 posts of Stenographer, Store Keeper, Civ MTD, Cook & Mess Staff, Painter, MTS, Safaiwala and Ayah in various Stations/Units in EAC. HQ EASTERN AIR COMMAND IAF INVITES APPLICATION FOR 64 GROUP ‘C’ CIVILIAN POSTS IN IAF. LAST DATE — 29/06/2015
1. Stenographer: 4 posts.
Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent and should have skill test Dictation—10mts @ 80wpm and Transcription—50mts in Eng or 65mts in Hindi on Computer.
2. Store Keeper: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in handling Stores and keeping Accts in a store.
3. Civ MTD: 3 posts.
Educational Qualification: Class 10th passed and should have valid civil driving license for light and heavy vehicle.
Experience: 2 years experience in driving motor vehicle.
4. Cook — 4 posts & Mess Staff— 11 posts:
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent with 6 months experience in the respective trade.
5. Painter: 1 post.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent and should have ITI certificate in respective trade.
6. Multi Tasking Staff: 28 posts.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
Desirable: 1 year experience as Watchman or Lascar or Gestetner Operator or Mail.
7. Safaiwala: 8 posts.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
8. Ayah: 1 post.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent.
Desirable: 1 year experience as Ayah in hospital or Nursing Homes.

Age Limit (for all posts): Minimum 18 to Maximum 27 years (for Steno-II) and 18 to 25 years (for rest of posts) as on the last date of receipt of application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale (for all posts): Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.1900/- (for CMTD, Painter & Cook), Rs.2400/- (for Store Keeper & Stenographer), Rs.1800/- per month (for others) plus other allowances as per Govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Personal Interview. Exact Date, Time and Venue for counseling will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.
