HQ Maintenace Command, Indian Air force is recruiting 6 (Group-C) posts of Cook, A/C Mech, Painter, Stenographer Grade-II and Radar Mech for different Stations/Units located under HQ Maintenace Command. 1. Cook: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: 10th/Matric passed with 6 months experience in cook OR Ex-Serv. in similar qualification.
2. A/C Mech (A): 1 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: ITI Certificate in the appropriate/akin field or trade with 3 yrs experience. OR Ex-Serv. in appropriate trade viz. – Air Frame Fitter with 5 yrs experience.
3. Painter: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: ITI Certificate in the appropriate/akin field or trade viz, painter .OR Ex-Serv. in appropriate trade viz. – Painter.
4. Stenographer Grade-II: 2 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: 12th Passed.
Skill Test Dictation: 10mts @ 80wpm, Transcription 65mts (Eng), 75mts (Hindi) on Manual Typewriter or 50mts (Eng) 65mts (Hindi) on Computer.
5. Radar Mech: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: ITI Certificate in the trade Radar Mechanic with 2 yrs experience. OR Ex-Serv. from Radar Mechanic Trade with 3 yrs Experience.
Pay Scale: For Stenographer Gde-II Post- Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month AND for the rest of Posts- Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.1900/- per month .
Age Limit: For Stenographer Gde-II — 18 to 27 yrs AND for the rest of posts — 18 to 25 yrs. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST-5 yrs, OBC-3yrs and other will be as per Govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through written test. Candidates who will qualify the written test will be called for Practical/Physical Test & Interview wherever applicable. For the syllabus of written test please see the PDF file which is given below.
