HQ Training Command, Indian Air Force — Direct Recruitment of Group-C Civilian Posts. Posts are — Store Keeper, Multi Tasking Staff, Cook, Safaiwala, Carpenter, Driver, Lower Division Clerk, Typist, Draughtsman, Sahayika, Painter, Mess Staff, Dhobi, Telephone Operator and Etc. 8. Lower Division Clerk: 7 Nos.
9. Draughtsman Grade-III: 4 Nos.
10. Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver: 5 Nos.
11. Painter : 6 Nos.
12. Dhobi: 1 Nos.
13. Instrument Repairer: 1 Nos.
14. Telephone Operator Grade-II: 2 Nos.
15. Tailor: 1 Nos.
16. Storekeeper: 6 Nos.
17. Fireman: 1 Nos.
18. Labourer Amn Duty: 5 Nos.

Educational Qualification: 
1. Lower Division Clerk: Class 12 pass or equivalent and shall have Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.

2. Store Keeper: Graduate or equivalent. Experience in handling stores and keeping Accounts in a store is desirable.

3. Asst. Storekeeper: Matriculation or equivalent. Experience in handling stores and keeping Accounts in a store is desirable.

4. Telephone Operator Grade-II: Matriculation or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject and proficiency in handling of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Board

5. Draughtsman Grade III: Matriculation or equivalent and Two years Diploma in Mechanical Drawing or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Draughtsmanship (Mechanical/ Civil) from ITI or equivalent AND about five years experience in the field.

6. Instrument Repairer: ITI certificate in the appropriate / akin field or Instrument Repairer trade

7. Painter: ITI in the trade or akin field.

8. Carpenter: ITI in the trade/akin field.

9. Cook: Matriculation with six months experience in the trade.

10. Tailor: ITI certificate in the trade or akin field.

11. Multitasking Staff: Matriculation or equivalent. Desirable—One year of experience as Watchman or Lascar or Gestetner Operator or Mali is desirable.

12. Mess Staff (Mess Waiter/ Washer-up): Matriculation or equivalent. One year experience in the field is desirable.

13. Dhobi: Matriculation or equivalent and one year experience in the field is desirable.

14. Ayah/ Ward Sahayika: Matriculation pass or equivalent. One year experience in the field is desirable.

15. Labourer on Ammunition Duties: Matriculation or equivalent.

16. Fireman: Matriculation or equivalent and must have undergone training in Fire Fighting. Must be physically fit and meets the physical standards.

17. Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade): Matriculation or equivalent and must possess valid civil driving licence for light and heavy vehicle. Must have two years of driving experience.

Age Limit as one last date of application —
For LDC: 18yrs to 27yrs
For Fireman: 18yrs to 27yrs
And for all other posts: 18yrs to 25yrs.
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Exam , Physical & Proficiency test and interview may be conducted wherever applicable.
The centre of exam/ interview will be intimated to the candidates in due course.

The Application form shall be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of Age, Qualification, Caste, Experience (wherever applicable/ if any) and Etc.
Candidates must also enclose one self-address envelope with affixed postal stamp of Rs.5/-

Candidates willing to apply for more than one post must submit each application separately. Superscribe the top of the envelope with – “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________ AND CATEGORY________”.
