Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₹1000/- through the online gateway. This fee can be paid using a debit card/credit card/net banking. Candidates will incur additional taxes or charges from their transaction bank, if applicable. However, SC/ST/PWD and internal candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
The payment process will be automatically initiated once the online application form is completed. No other mode of payment will be accepted, and the application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before making the payment.
Selection Process
The selection procedure will be determined by HSCC based on the response received for each post. The selection criteria may involve:
- Interview by a selection committee.
- Skill/written test and/or group discussion and/or personal interaction by the selection committee.
- The final decision regarding the selection process will be made by HSCC, and their decision will be considered final in this regard.
How to Apply / Application Process
Candidates must read the General Instructions provided below before filling out the Online Application Form:
- Candidates are required to apply online through the “CAREER” section on the HSCC website (www.hsccltd.co.in).
- The online application submission window will be open from 30.03.2024 until 17:00 hrs on 20.04.2024. No other means or modes of application will be accepted.
- Before filling out the application online, candidates should have scanned copies of their passport size photograph and signature in .jpg/.jpeg format (photo size less than 300kb and signature size less than 200kb), along with other relevant documents in .pdf format (less than 1mb per document). They should also have a valid email ID operational for more than one year.
- Fill in the online form with the relevant details and upload scanned copies of the photograph and signature.
Ensure that all the details entered in the online application form are correct, including Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc. - Detailed instructions regarding the payment of the application fee are provided under “PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE.”
