DISCIPLINE – DESIGN ENGINEERING/ ARCHITECTURE/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT & SITE SUPERVISION/ INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/ FINANCE & ACCOUNTS/ HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
1. MANAGER (E-3)
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR-03, ST-01, OBC-03)
Experience: 10 years Post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 01/06/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.60000- 180000/-
2. DEPUTY MANAGER (E-2)
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (SC-03, ST-02, OBC-03)
Experience: 07 years Post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01/06/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.50000- 160000/-
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (E-1)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-04)
Experience: 04 years Post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01/06/2018
Pay Scale: Rs.40000- 140000/-
DISCIPLINE WISE QUALIFICATION FOR ALL THE ABOVE POSTS:
i) Design Engineering: Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute. Candidates with post graduate qualifications in structural engineering will be given preference.
ii) Architecture: Graduate in Architecture with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Project Mgt & Site Supervision: Graduate in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
iii) Information Technology: Graduate in Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication Engineering having minimum 60% marks.
iv) Finance & Accounts: CA /ICWA.
v) Human Resource Management: MBA (HR) having minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute. LLB degree is desirable.
For all above posts, candidates must have excellent knowledge of working on computers, including software viz. MS Office, MS Projects, Primavera etc for technical posts.
The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially for a period of two years, extendable based on performance and requirement of the candidate.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
