1. DEPUTY MANAGER (ARCHITECTURE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OL/HH)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Architecture with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: 07 years experience in computerized planning and design of specialized large scale buildings and complexes including health care facilities.
Age Limit: Maximum 42 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.50000-160000/-
2. ASSISTANT MANAGER (CIVIL STRUCTURE)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (OL/HH)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space frames, columns, foundations, design, STAAD & AUTOCAD is a must. Exposure to other software (STRAP, SAP) is desirable.
Experience: 04 years post professional qualification experience in design of multi storied RCC buildings, retaining walls, machine foundations and water containing structures in organization handling large civil projects.
Candidates with post graduate qualifications in structural engineering will be given preference.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (ESTIMATION)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OA/OL/HH)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: 04 years post professional qualification experience in quantity survey, costing, estimation, preparation of take off sheets and specification, tender documents, analysis of rates for large projects.
Age Limit: Maximum 38 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
4. JUNIOR DRAFTSMAN (CIVIL STRUCTURE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (HH)
Educational Qualification: i) Minimum 10th class pass having at least 60% marks in ITI (Civil) Trade Certificate.
ii) Command over AUTOCAD is must.
Experience: 04 years experience in AUTOCAD drafting of GA & R/f detailing drawings of multistoried buildings in an organization handling large civil projects.
Desirable: Exposure in checking drawings and independently understanding GA & R/f drawing & to work from supplied designs is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 34 years as on 01.06.2018
Pay Scale: Rs.20000-73000/-
ESSENTIAL: For all the above posts, candidates must have excellent knowledge of working on computers, including software viz. MS Office
