Age Limit

Candidates born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2009 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply. The upper age limit on the date of enrolment, after clearing all stages, should be 22 years.

Marital Status

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Candidates must undertake not to marry during the four-year engagement period; those who marry during this period will be dismissed from service. Only unmarried Agniveervayu Non-Combatants are eligible for later selection as NC(E) in the regular cadre.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Matriculation/equivalent examination from Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT authorities as on the date of registration.

Selection Process for IAF Agniveervayu Non-Combatant

Pay, Allowances and Terminal Benefits

Selected candidates will be enrolled under Air Force Act 1950 for a four-year period and will receive an Agniveer package as follows:
