ICAR-NATIONAL RESEARCH CENTRE FOR ORCHIDS WILL CONDUCT WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR 03 POSTS OF YOUNG PROFESSIONAL- II, RESEARCH ASSOCIATE AND SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW. WALK-IN DATE — 4.01.2016 (11:00 AM)
1. Young Professional- II: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MCA/B. Tech in Computer Science.
Desirable Qualification:-Implementation of ERP systems like ICAR FMS/MIS. Experience in developing site using various open source CMS like, joomla, wordpress, PHP, DBMS like My-SQL, Ms server 2000, designing tools such as photoshop, illustrator, corel draw and other graphics tools
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-45 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
2. Research Associate: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:- Ph.D. in Agricultural Science or relevant Basic Sciences.
OR
Master degree in Agricultural Sciences or relevant Basic Sciences with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/Associate ship / Training /other engagements a circulated by ICAR vide F. No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated: 25.04.2014.
Desirable Qualification:-Degree/ Diploma/Certificate or Experience in Handling IPR related issues in public sector.
Age Limit: maximum 40 years for men and 45 years for women
Consolidated Pay: Rs.36, 000/- per month.
3. Senior Research Fellow: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:- Master’s Degree in Economic Botany/ Horticulture/ Botany (or other related subjects may be considered) with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Science with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification.
Desirable Qualification:-Two years of research experience
Age Limit: maximum 35 years for men and 40 years for women
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month.
Selection of the candidates will be through Walk-in-Interview. The appointment will be on contractual & temporary basis.
