ICAR – National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) is recruiting eligible candidates for 05 posts of Para Vet and Field Enumerator/ Skilled Worker. The vacancies are under the KLDA-MoEFCC funded project entitled “Proteo-Genomic approach to Elucidate Productive and Reproductive performance of Malnad Gidda, Deoni and Hallikar Breeds of Cattle and field performance recoding of Mlnad Gidda cattle in their breeding tract of Karnataka” at Southern Regional Station, ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Bengaluru. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of Two (02) years. 1. PARA VET
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation/ 10+2 with Diploma in Animal Husbandry or Job Oriented Course in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences of minimum one year duration.
ii) Basic knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 14/09/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15,000/- per month.
2. FIELD ENUMERATOR/ SKILLED WORKER
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Matriculation/ 10+2.
ii) Willingness/ experience in handling of animals and basic knowledge of computers.
iii) Fluency in Kannada and English.
Desirable: i) Knowing kannada language are preferable.
ii) Candidates with qualification in Animal Husbandry and veterinary science and previous experience in the area of date collection are preferable.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 14/09/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
