- FIELD WORKER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass in Science subjects from a recognized board.
Experience: Two years of Field experience.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17040/- per month.
- DRIVER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 10th pass from a recognized board with valid license issued by RTO of any state authority and three years of driving (LMV) experience.
Desirable: Knowledge of minor repair and traffic rules.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15, 123/- per month.
- FIELD SUPERVISOR (FIELD INVESTIGATOR)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Life Science from a recognized University with three years field experience in Public Health or Masters degree in Life Science.
Desirable: Two years field experience in Vector Born Disease and Knowledge of Computer Application.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.28, 755/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
