Essential Educational Qualification – Candidates have to Complete their Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline or graduate in science along with MCA from a University/ Institute recognized by the Govt. of India or its Regulatory Bodies.

Age Limit – Applicants’ Age must be between 45 Years and 55 Years as of 30th November 2023 so that they can apply for the post.

i) Original and valid printout of the Interview Call Letter.

ii) Photo Identification Proof, as specified in Point 7 below.

iii) Educational Qualifications: Mark sheets and provisional/degree certificates.

iv) Work Experience:

For Past Employers: Relieving Letters and Experience Certificates.
For Present Employer: Experience certificate, Offer Letters, Pay or Salary Slips indicating the date of joining and relieving for each previous employer. The experience certificate or testimonials should specify the date of joining and relieving, the designation at the time of joining, and any promotions with the designation. If not mentioned, a bonafide experience certificate is required, detailing the candidate’s experience in the desired functional area along with the duration. Any adverse remarks from previous employers or any misconduct/wrongful acts by the candidate may lead to disqualification and cancellation of the candidature.

v) Candidates from Government/Quasi-Government Offices/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) must present a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer during the Bank’s joining process; without this certificate, their candidature will not be considered.

vi) Candidates failing to produce the required eligibility documents mentioned above will not be allowed to attend the interview.

Note: The inability to provide any of the mentioned documents (both original and attested copies) during the interview will render candidates ineligible for selection. Candidates should refrain from sending any documents directly to the Bank before or after the interview.

Selection Procedure –

The selection process will involve the following stages:
(i) Initial screening and shortlisting, which will be carried out based on the eligibility criteria, qualifications, suitability, and experience provided by the candidates in their submitted applications.

(ii) Following preliminary screening, the candidature for both positions will be provisional, pending the verification of all details and documents with the originals during the Personal Interview (PI) phase, if the candidate is called for it.

(iii) Only candidates shortlisted after the PI, and who demonstrate a sufficiently high standing in the merit list, will progress to the next stage of the selection process.

(iv) Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the PI venue, date, and time through email/call letter, and attendance is at their own cost. Requests for changes in the center/date/time will not be entertained. While the Bank reserves the right to modify/add/cancel the PI details, any such alterations will be communicated in advance through the Bank’s website and/or the candidate’s registered email.

(v) Candidate selection will be based on the marks secured in the PI. The Bank may alter the selection mode based on the number of eligible candidates.

(vi) The final selection is contingent on qualifying in the PI, achieving a sufficiently high position in the merit list, meeting the Bank’s fitness standards upon medical examination, and satisfying the eligibility criteria as of the cut-off date.

(vii) In the event of multiple candidates scoring the same cut-off marks, their ranking will be determined by age in descending order.

(viii) The Bank retains the right to call only the necessary number of candidates for the interview after the initial shortlisting based on the specified attributes.

(ix) IDBI Bank reserves the discretionary right to offer a position one grade lower than the advertised one, even if the candidate qualifies for the higher grade post. Correspondingly, the remuneration for the selected candidate will align with the offered grade.
