Candidates aspiring for the position of Director at IIM Amritsar should possess a distinguished academic record with first-class degrees at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, along with a Ph.D. or equivalent from a reputed national or international institution. Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 7 years as a Full Professor at IIMs or comparable institutes in India and/or abroad. OR
Minimum 15 years of industry experience in senior managerial roles within reputable organizations in India and/or abroad. Candidates must be Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI). Age limit criteria will be as per the norms set by the Indian Institute of Management and the Government of India.
