- Education Qualification:- Postgraduate/MBA from an accredited University with a minimum of 60%.
- Age Limit:- The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Senior Manager – IT & Systems
- Education Qualification:- B.Tech./B.E./CS/IT or a closely related field. Preference will be given to candidates with MBA or other post-graduation degrees in addition to the minimum
- Age Limit:- The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Manager – Finance & Accounts
- Education Qualification:- B.Com with CA/ICWA with post-qualification experience
- Age Limit:- The maximum age limit is 42 years.
Manager – Corporate Relations
- Education Qualification:- Postgraduate/MBA from an accredited university with a minimum of 60%.

Deputy Manager – Administration
- Education Qualification:- Postgraduate, preferably MBA/LLB from an accredited University with a minimum of 60%

IIM Amritsar Recruitment Application Fees
The application fees for candidates are structured as follows:
- For UR (Unreserved), EWS (Economically Weaker Section), and OBC (Other Backward Classes) applicants: Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), non-refundable.
- For SC (Scheduled Caste), ST (Scheduled Tribe), PwD (Persons with Disabilities), and Women applicants: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only), non-refundable.
