IIP Recruitment 2024 – Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification:-
Technical Assistant/Project Assistant:- As per the official notification candidates must have passed a Degree in Science /Engineering/Technology with 1-year experience in Testing /Research/Packaging Design/Industry related to Packaging.
1). Science: Chemistry, Physics, Industrial Polymers, Food, Pulp and Paper, Printing and Packaging.
Or
2). Engineering/Technology: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Food, Polymer, Chemical, Plastic, Pulp and Paper, Printing and Packaging, Material and Packaging Design.
Desirable Qualification:
1. Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging (PGDP) from Indian Institute of Packaging.
2. Diploma in Design with three years.
Director:- As per the official notification candidates must have passed a Ph.D. in a subject of relevance to packaging with at least 15 years of experience in the packaging and allied sector or a Master’s degree in Engineering/technology/packaging sector or equivalent with at least 20 years of experience as per detailed terms and conditions prescribed.
Desirable Qualification:
1. Minimum 5 Years of administrative experience in a responsible position in a Government/ Autonomous organization/PSU/Semi-Government/Educational Institution.
2. Candidate should have research work published in leading journals/publications.
Age Limit:-
Technical Assistant/Project Assistant:- No age limit has been mentioned in the official notification.
Director:- The maximum age limit is 50 years.

Salary Details for Indian Institute of Packaging Recruitment 2024
- Technical Assistant/Project Assistant:- Rs. 35,000/- CTC per month.
- Director:– Pay Scale -14.
