IIT Kharagpur – The development of the Agri-Business Incubation Foundation IIT Kharagpur (ABIF IIT Kharagpur), a shared, expertly run scientific and technology infrastructure facility, at IIT Kharagpur has been financed by the National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD). The ABIF IIT Kharagpur is already operated under the 2013 Companies Act’s Section 8 Company provision. The Foundation invites online applications from Indian Nationals for the following post on a contractual basis initially for a period of one (01) year which can be renewed yearly basis based on the evaluation of satisfactory performance. The period may be extended to a maximum of up to five (05) years.

Educational Qualification:
First Class BE/B Tech in Agricultural Engineering/Food Technology/Mechanical Engineering /Chemical Engineering/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology from recognized Universities/Institute of repute with a good track record.
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or PG Diploma of 02 years duration in Agri-Business/ Rural Development/ Operations/ Technology Commercialization from recognized Universities/institutes of repute with good track records..
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Agribusiness sector/accelerator program in Level -11 of the Pay matrix or equivalent salary.
Desirable Qualification:
A Ph.D. from a reputable university or institution in agricultural engineering, biotechnology, food technology, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science & engineering, or information technology. Knowledge of intellectual property and experience in business mentorship for new businesses. good communication abilities both in writing and speaking. command of computers, word processing, data management, and the internet. Skills in analysis, leadership, and teamwork are desired.
Age:
The maximum age limit does not exceed 40 years.
Pay Scale:
Consolidated pay per month is Rs. 1,20,000/-
