PhD with first class or equivalent in LLM (Master of Laws) after LLB (Bachelor of Laws) with an outstanding academic record throughout (Specialization – Tax law, Competition law, Labour and Industrial Law, Corporate Law, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Banking and Financial Laws).
