Eligibility Criteria for Indian Institute of Technology Madras Recruitment 2024
Essential Qualifications and Experience:-
(i) Superintending Engineer –
Candidates must have an M.E/M. Tech in relevant branch with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Institution with 8 years of regular service in Group ‘A’ post.
or
Candidates must have a B.E/B. Tech in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University / Institution with 10 years of regular service in Group ‘A’ post
Age Limit:- The candidate’s maximum age is 50 years.
or
Post SSLC with 2 years ITI with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Board/University/Institute with 2 years relevant experience.
Application Fee for IIT Madras Recruitment 2024
Candidates (SC/ST/PWD/Women) claiming fee concession must ensure that they have submitted the required documents to prove their claim, failing which their application will be rejected.
Candidates applying for multiple streams shall submit separate application forms for each stream and pay the application fee, as applicable, separately.

Selection Process for IIT Madras Recruitment 2024
Candidates will be shortlisted for a written test/skill test/trade test based on the information provided in their online application.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending any stage of the selection process.

Candidates have to apply online only through the www.iitm.ac.in website. The Hard copy of the application is NOT to be sent to the Institute.
Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. All the verification will be done in due course.
