1. Deputy Registrar (Group “A”): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post graduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with 05 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Administration / Finance / Accounts / Establishment / Academic in Scientific organization / University / Technological Institutions.

Desirable: Experience of working in analogous posts and working in IIT system

2. Assistant Registrar (Group “A”): 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Candidates with an MBA after Post graduation, the minimum experience requirement can be reduced to 3 year
Desirable:
i) An MBA or equivalent
ii) Knowledge/experience of computer system for information processing and retrieval will be advantageous and given weight age for selection
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

 

3. Junior Superintendent (Group “B”): 03 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 04 years experience as Senior Assistant or equivalent OR
Master’s Degree in any discipline with 01 year experience as Personal Secretary / Assistant of Senior level officer.
Candidates must have proficiency in the use of a variety of computer office applications M.S. Word, Excel, Power-point or equivalent.
Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on date of publication
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

4. Junior Accountant (Group “C”): 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: B.Com with 02 years relevant experience
Candidates must have knowledge of accounting software.
Age Limit: Maximum-27 years as on date of publication
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-

 

5. Steno (Group “C”): 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum speed of 80 wpm stenography and 30 wpm typing.
Candidates must have knowledge of computer office applications with 2 years experience as steno.
Age Limit: Maximum-27 years as on date of publication
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-

 

6. Junior Assistant (Group “C”): 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree with knowledge of computer office applications.
Desirable: Minimum one year experience of working on computers on MS office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), HTML, etc.
Age Limit: Maximum-27 years as on date of publication
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-

 

7. Junior Lab Assistant (Group “C”): 07 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-02, ST-01, PWD(OH)-01)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engg / Electrical Engg / Electronics Engg / Instrumentation OR B.Sc with both Physics and Mathematics.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWD AND WOMEN CANDIDATES.
