ICAR – Indian Institute of Vegetable Research (IIVR), is inviting application for recruitment of 13 Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk, Technical Assistant and Programme Assistant Computer for the vacancies at IIVR, Varanasi and Krishi Vigyan Kendras (Deoria, Sant Ravidas Nagar & Kushinagar) on direct recruitment basis. ICAR – INDIAN INSTITUTE OF VEGETABLE RESEARCH INVITES APPLICATION FOR 13 STENOGRAPHER, LDC, TECHNICAL ASSISTANT AND PROGRAMME ASSISTANT COMPUTER. LAST DATE – 30/12/2014.
1. Stenographer (Grade-III): 5 posts.
Qualification: Class 12 pass or equivalent and should have ability to take dictation test in English or in Hindi at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes and transcribe the matter within 50 minutes if English and 65 minutes if Hindi.
2. Lower Division Clerk: 3 posts.
Qualification: Class 12 pass or equivalent and shall possess typing speed at 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
3. Techinical Assistant T-3: 4 posts.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or any other branch of science/social science relevant to agriculture or equivalent qualifications OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer application or equivalent qualifications pertaining to Computers/ I.T.
4. Programme Assistant Computer (T-4): 1 post.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer application or equivalent qualifications pertaining to Computers/ I.T.
Desirable—Working knowledge/ experience in computer related works of minimum one year is desirable.
Age Limit: 18—27yrs for Sl. No. 1 & 2 and 18-30 years for Sl. No. 3 & 4 for general candidates. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Govt. norms. Age will be counted as on 30.12.2014.
