SPMCIL— India Government Mint, Hyderabad, is recruiting 32 candidates in the cadre of Industrial Workmen & Classified in the posts of Jr. Technician (Fitter/ Millwright/ Plumber/ Elect./ Carpenter/Machinist/ Etc), dispensary Assistant and Hindi Typist. Educational Qualification:
For Junior Technician: Matriculation/ SSC pass with full time ITI certificate in the relevant Trades. For Jr. Technician (Gold Smith) candidates shall have 03yrs experience in the field
For Jr. Technician (Motor Mechanic/ Fork Lift Driver), candidates shall be Matriculation/ SSC pass and must posses heavy duty vehicle driving licence with minimum 03yrs experience in driving.
For Jr. Technician (Fire Fighter), candidates shall be Matriculation/ SSC pass and must possess certificate in Fireman Training. Physical Standards— Height: 165cms; Chest : 79/84cms; No squint in eyes, no color blindness and must have full field vision.
For Dispensary Assistant: Class VIII pass with English as one of the subject and shall have training in First Aid and Dressing. Experience is desirable.
For Hindi Typist: Matriculation/ Higher Secondary with speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi Typing and working knowledge of Computer. Candidates shall have typing knowledge in English too.
Age Limit as on 01/03/2014: Between 18 to 25yrs for the post of Jr. Technician and between 18 to 27yrs for the post of Dispensary Asst. & Hindi Typist. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Trade/Practical Test (wherever applicable) and Interview.
The Written test will be conducted at Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh only. Date and venue will be intimated in due course.

Application Fee: Candidates must prepare a Demand Draft of Rs.150/- in favour of – General Manager, India Government Mint, Hyderabad and payable at Hyderabad. Enclose the DD with the Application form. Write name and name of the post applied for on the reverse.
