India Post Sports Quota Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualifications:

For Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.

Knowledge of working on a computer.

For Postman and Mail Guard:

12th standard pass from a recognized Board.

Should have passed the local language of the concerned Postal Circle or Division as one of the subjects in 10th standard or above.

Knowledge of working on a computer.

Valid license to drive a two-wheeler or Light Motor Vehicle (For the post of Postman only). Persons with Benchmark Disability are exempted from the possession of a license.

For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):

10th standard pass from a recognized Board.

India Post Sports Quota Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet age and educational requirements.

Certificate of Eligibility: Candidates need certificates from competent authorities based on their sports achievements at the international, national, or other levels.

Method of Selection: Eligible candidates are considered for inclusion in the provisional merit list based on their preferences for cadres and Postal Circles.

Department of Post Sports Quota Recruitment 2023 Application Fee:

The application fee is Rs. 100, which must be paid online.

Women candidates, transgender candidates, SC, ST, PwBD, and Economically Weaker Section candidates are exempt from the fee.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of India Post.

Upon successfully submitting the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO INDIA POST AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
