Indian Air Force Rally for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades at Berhampore Stadium, Berhampore, Murshidabad (West Bengal). Rally on 4/11 to 07/11/2012

Indian Air Force is going to hold Open Recruitment Rally for the posts of Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades (Airman) at Berhampore Stadium, Berhampore, Murshidabad (West Bengal ) from 4th November to 07th November 2012. Unmarried candidates domicile of West Bengal and Sikkim State were eligible to apply. Qualification required and eligibility norms is given below in brief—

1. Airmen (Group ‘X’ Technical Trades)
Name of the Trades— Workshop Fitter (Mechanical), Workshop Fitter (Smith), Structure Fitter & Propulsion Fitter, Weapon Fitter, Electrical Fitter, Electronics Fitter, Mechanical System Fitter and Automobile Fitter.

Eligibility: Candidates from all districts of West Bengal and Sikkim were eligible to apply.

Qualification: Intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate
OR
3yrs of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology or Information Technology) with at least 50% of marks in overall aggregate.

Physical Standard –
Height: 152.5cms
Chest: ability to expand by 5cms
Weight: proportional to height and weight as per medical standard.
Candidates should be physically fit and well built.

Age Limits: Candidates must have born between 01/01/1992 and 31/03/1996 (both days inclusive)

Pay and Allowances: During training, stipend of Rs.8550/ pm will be paid and on completion of training, payscale will be – Rs.20542 to 36250 pm plus other allowances.

How to Apply: —
Unmarried Male candidates domicile of State West Bengal and Sikkim were eligible to appear in the rally at Behrampore Stadium, Behrampore, Murshidabad (West Bengal). Candidates will be provided Application Form at the Recruitment rally free of cost and should submit the form after filling in the rally.
Candidates should brings the following along with them at the Rally—

• Pencil, Eraser, Gum tube, Stapler, Black/ Blue ball point pen
• 7 Nos. passport size photograph taken with light background.
• 2 Nos. Self-addressed (26×12 cm) white envelope without any postal stamp.
• 3 Nos. Photocopies of each documents of all educational certificates and marksheets and domicile certificate.

Recruitment Rally will be from — 4th November to 07th November 2012 at Behrampore Stadium, Behrampore, Murshidabad (West Bengal)

Activities as per Date: On dated 4th November 2012; Written Test, Physical Fitness Test for Group-X (Technical) trades will be hold.
On dated 5th November 2012; Interview of the candidates who qualified Written Test and Fitness Test. Trade Allocation Test (TAT) and Medical Examination will be held.
Dated – 6th and 7th November were reserve days.

The recruitment Test will be conducted from 7 AM onward. Candidates reporting up to 10 AM at the Rally Venue will be permitted to appear in the Test. After 10 am, no candidates will be allowed to enter the rally.
