Indian Army is inviting application from the Male candidates for recruitment as Havildar Education in the Army Educational Corps in Science and Art Stream. INDIAN ARMY INVITES APPLICATION FROM MALE CANDIDATES FOR RECRUITMENT AS HAVILDAR EDUCATION IN SCIENCE & ARTS STREAM. LAST DATE – 10/01/2015.

 

HAVILDAR EDUCATION IN THE ARMY EDUCATIONAL CORPS IN SCIENCE AND ART STREAM
Total No. of vacancies: 437 Nos.
(i) Science Stream: 299 Nos.
(ii) Arts Stream: 138 Nos.

 

Educational Qualification:
(a) Science Stream: M.Sc/B Sc /MCA/ BCA /B.Tech/B.Sc (IT) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Electronics or Computer Science.
(b) Arts stream: MA/BA with English Literature, Hindi Literature, Urdu Literature, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics or Sociology.

Candidates should have working knowledge of either English or Hindi. Only Male candidates are eligible to apply. Married candidates below the age of 21 years, are not eligible to apply.

 

Age Limit: 20 to 25 years for civilian candidates as on first day of Recruitment Rally.

 

Physical Standards: Minimum physical standards will be as applicable to the Soldier (Clerk). See officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties

 

Selection of the candidates will be through – (i) Physical Fitness Test, (ii) Medical Standards, (iii) Written Examination and Teaching Aptitude Test/Interview.
There will be Recruitment Rally. Candidates may contact their nearest recruiting Office/Zone for date of Recruitment Rally.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may prepare their application strictly as per the given format (See PDF below for Application format)
The duly filled Application form must be enclosed with attested copies of testimonials in support of Qualification, Age, Caste and etc. Candidates must also enclose 02 Self-Addressed envelope affixed with postage stamp of Rs.22/- on each, with the Application form.

Superscribe the top of the application containing envelope with – APPLICATION FOR HAVILDAR EDUCATION.

 

Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form along with enclosures should be addressed to Concerned Recruiting Zones/Centres (See the PDF file given below for list of addresses as per Recruiting Zones/Centres), so as to reach on or before 10th January, 2015.
Note: Application submitted to the Headquarter Recruiting Zone/ Centres of which the candidate is not domicile of will be REJECTED.
