SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION FOR JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL BRANCH
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (Men 05, Women- 03)
Educational Qualification:
i) Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three years professional after graduation or five years after 10+2 examination).
ii) The candidates should be eligible for registration as an advocate with Bar Council of India/ State.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 27 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/-
Only Unmarried Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
The vacancies are against JAG Entry Scheme 24th Course (APR 2020): Short Service Commission (NT) Course for Law Graduates.
The candidates will be on Probation for a period of Six (06) months. The selected candidates will undergo 49 weeks Training at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai. The candidates will be paid Stipend of Rs. 56,100/- per month during the training period.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Shortlisting and SSB Interview. The SSB Interview will be held in the following Centres, Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bangalore (Karnataka) and Kapurthala (PB).
