Recruitment of 169 Madhyamik Candidates under the Division of Indian Audit and Accounts as “Multi Tasking Staff”

Under the Division of Indian Audit and Accounts – the recruitment of 169 Nos. persons is going on for the post of “Multi Tasking Staff” in various offices. Madhyamik boys and girls may apply for the post. Application format and details given below.

Numbers of available vacancies according to office wise –
1. Principal Accountant General (Audit) Punjab and I.T. Chandigarh: 42 nos. (General-29; OBC-17; SC-02). Among them at serviceman-05, PH-01
2. Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlement) Punjab and I.T. Chandigarh: 50 nos. (General-33; OBC-15; SC-02). Among them Ex-Serviceman-05, PH-02
3. Principal Accountant General (Audit) Haryana, Chandigarh: 25 nos. (General-08, OBC-15, SC-02). Among them Ex-Serviceman-02, PH-01
4. Principal Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlement) Haryana, Chandigarh: 44 nos. (General-23; OBC-21). Among them ex-serviceman-04,  PH-01

Required Qualification: Matriculation pass candidates may apply for the post.

Required Age: Candidates should be between 18 years to 27 years as on 23-10-2011. Age Relaxation – OBC-3 yrs; SC-5 years; PH-10 years and Ex-Serviceman-as per norms.

Selection of Candidates: Candidates will be selected through Written Test.

How to Apply: application can be prepared on plain paper as per given format, along with the application enclose the following documents –

• Recent one Nos. Passport size photo (pasted on the application form)
• Attested copy of caste certificate
• PH certificate for PH candidates
• Attested copy of age group documents and educational document

On the top of the envelope, super scribe – “Application for Post in a Band -1 and Carrying Grade Pay of Rs. 1800”. Application should be sent through ordinary post.
