Indian Navy is inviting Unmarried Male candidates for 10+2 Cadet (B Tech) Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission). Course Commencing – December,2014 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. Interested and eligible candidates may apply through official website of Indian Navy, through Online Mode (See URL below). Qualification norms and brief details are given below —
10+2 CADET (B TECH) ENTRY SCHEME
Educational Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII).
Age Limit: Candidates shall be born between 02 Jul 1995 & 01 Jan 1998 (both dates inclusive).
Physical Standards:
(a) Height andWeight: Minimum height – 157 cms with correlated weight as per age.
(b) Eye Sight: The minimum acceptable vision standards for distant vision is 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6 with glasses. Should not be colour/ night blind.
Note:- There will be no relaxation in physical standards.
Selected Candidates will be inducted as Cadets for four year B Tech course in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. During the course, Cadets will be allotted Executive or Engineering including Naval Architect specialisation or Electrical Branch.
On completion of the course, B Tech Degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU).

After successful submission of online Application form, the system generated application with unique Application Number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies.
One copy of this Application Form is to be duly signed and mailed (posted) to Post Box No. 04, Main PO, RK Puram, New Delhi – 110 066, by ORDINARY POST only, along with the following documents— Self attested photograph, photo copies of 10th & 12th class pass certificates along with Mark Sheets, attested by gazetted officer.
