Indian Navy is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 515 posts of Draughtsman Grade-II (Now Senior Draughtsman) (Mechanical, Construction, Electrical and Armament). CIVILIAN PERSONNEL IN INDIAN NAVY-2016

1. Draughtsman Grade-II (Mechanical):192 Nos. (UR-102, OBC-40, SC-31, ST-19)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation Pass or its equivalent with two years Diploma or certificate in Draughtsmanship.
Experience: Three years experiences from a drawing or design office in the field of Mechanical Engineering
Desirable Qualification: Certificate in Auto Computer Aided Design (Auto CAD) or equivalent
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years as on closing date of application form
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

2. Draughtsman Grade-II (Construction): 133 Nos. (UR-67, OBC-36, SC-20, ST-10)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation Pass or its equivalent with two years Diploma or certificate in Draughtsmanship.
Experience: Three years experiences from a drawing or design office in the field of Mechanical or Naval Architecture Engineering.
Desirable Qualification: Certificate in Auto Computer Aided Design (Auto CAD) or equivalent
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years as on closing date of application form
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

3. Draughtsman Grade-II (Electrical): 161 Nos. (UR-82, OBC-43, SC-24, ST-12)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation Pass or its equivalent with two years Diploma or certificate in Draughtsmanship
Experience: Three years experiences from a drawing or design office in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Desirable Qualification: Certificate in Auto Computer Aided Design (Auto CAD) or equivalent
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years as on closing date of application form
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

4. Draughtsman Grade-II (Armament): 29 Nos. (UR-15 OBC-05, SC-07, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation Pass or its equivalent with two years Diploma or certificate in Draughtsmanship
Experience: Three years experiences from a drawing or design office in the field of Mechanical Engineering
Desirable Qualification: Certificate in Auto Computer Aided Design (Auto CAD) or equivalent
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 27 years as on closing date of application form
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination. Examination will be held on 24th-30th October 2016
