Indian Navy is inviting application from the unmarried male candidates for enrollment as “Sailors” for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – 134 Batch. Course commencing – August 2013. Eligible candidates may apply Online from the official website of Indian Navy within 31-12-2012. Qualification norms and information in brief is given below —
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in aggregate with Mathematics and Physics and any one of the following subjects – Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science.
Age Limits: candidates must be born between 01 Aug 1993 to 31 Jul 1996 (Both dates inclusive)
Pay scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.2000/- plus other allowances
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Physical Fitness Test and Medical fitness examination.
Written Test will of objective types from four sections – (i) English, (ii) Science, (iii) Mathematics and (iv) General Knowledge. For details, refer the advertisement available on the official site.
Physical Standard:—
Height: 157 cms.
Weight and Chest should be proportionate. Minimum Chest expansion of 5 cms.

All original certificates, mark sheets are to be produced at the time of written examination.
