SAILORS (CHEF/ STEWARD/ HYGIENIST)
No. of Vacancies: 400 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination from recognized Board.
Age Limit: Should be born between 01/04/2000 to 31/03/2003.
Pay Scale: Rs.21,700- Rs.69,100/-
Only Unmarried Male candidates are eligible to apply for the post.
The selected candidates will undergo Training, which is going to commence in April 2020, with 15 weeks Basic Training at INS Chilka followed by Professional training in the allotted trade in various Naval Training Establishments. During the initial training period, a stipend of Rs. 14,600/- per month will be paid to the candidates.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer-based Examination, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination.

NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
