INDIAN NAVY INVITES APPLICATION FROM THE UNMARRIED MALE CANDIDATES FOR SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION IN EXECUTIVE BRANCH AND TECHNICAL BRANCHES
1. Executive Branch (General Services/ Hydro Cadre)
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech Degree in any discipline with 65% marks in aggregate.
2. Technical Branch (Submarine Specialization)
Discipline wise qualification are as follows–
(a) Engineering Branch: BE/B.Tech Degree in any discipline with 65% marks in aggregate in any one of the following streams—(i) Mechanical (ii) Marine (iii) Automotive(iv) Mechtronics (v) Industrial & Production(vi) Metallurgy (vii) Aeronautical/ Aerospace (viii) BS Marine Engg. (ix) Instrumentation (x)Instrumentation & Control (xi) Automation & Robotics (xii) Industrial Engg. & Management (xiii) Production Engg.
(b) Electrical Branch: BE/B.Tech Degree in any discipline with 65% marks in aggregate in any one of the following streams—(i) Electrical (ii) Electronics (iii) Control (iv) Telecommunication (v) Instrumentation (vi) Power Engg (vii) Electronics & Communication (viii) Control System (ix) Power Electronics.
Age Limit: Candidate must be born between 02 Jan 1991 and on 01 Jul 1996, both dates inclusive.
Physical Standards: (i) Height and Weight: 157cms. (ii) Eye Sight: 6/12 for Executive (GS/Hydro Cadre) and 6/24 for Technical (Submarine Specialisation) correctable to 6/6(both eyes) with glasses.
Note: Candidates who had already applied in the month of March 2015 need not to apply again.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates based on their marks of Degree and Interview.
Interview will be held at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore/Visakhapatnam during Jul to Sep 2015.

Upon successful submission of online application form the system generated registration slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out two copies of online application form; out of which one copy should be sent at the below given address.
Last Date and Address: The Print out of the filled application form along with self attested photograph and attested copies of testimonials in support of qualification, proof of age and etc shall reach at the following address — Post Box No. 04, Chankya Puri PO, New Delhi-110 021, on or before 16.06.2015 by Ordinary Post only.
