The Infantry School, MHOW (M.P), A Defence Department Central Government Establishment, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 16 posts of Steno, Lower Division Clerk, Driver, Supervisor, Multi Tasking Staff (Watchman/ Chowkidar/ Safaiwala), Kotwal and Vulcaniser. INFANTRY SCHOOL, MHOW (MP) IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 16 POSTS OF STENO, LOWER DIVISION CLERK, DRIVER, SUPERVISOR, MULTI TASKING STAFF (WATCHMAN/ CHOWKIDAR/ SAFAIWALA), KOTWAL AND VULCANISER. LAST DATE — 13/11/2015

 

1. Steno Grade II: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: Class 12 pass or equivalent. Shorthand at 80 words per minute for 10 minutes and Transcription – 50 minutes in English, 65 minutes in Hindi on Computer
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-

 

2. Lower Division Clerk: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Class 12 or equivalent and English typing at 35 words per minute on Computer OR Hindi typing at 30 words per minute on computer.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

 

3. Civilian Motor Driver: 07 Nos. (UR-2; SC-2; ST-1; OBC-2)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass and should possess valid civilian driving license for heavy vehicles and have two years experience of driving such vehicles.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

 

4. Head Supervisor: 01 Nos. (Ex-Servicemen)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

5. MTS (Watchman): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent. One year experience in the trade is desirable
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

6. MTS (Chowkidar): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent. One year experience in the trade is desirable
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

7. MTS (Safaiwala): 01 Nos. (PH VH/LV)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent. One year experience in the trade is desirable
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

8. Kotwal: 01 Nos. (Ex-Servicemen)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent.
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

9. Vulcaniser: 01 Nos. (Ex-Servicemen)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on last date of application
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination which will comprise questions on General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Aptitude & English Language AND Interview. There will be trade/practical test for the post wherever applicable.

Examination centre will be at The Infantry School, Mhow (Madhya Pradesh)/ JL Wing, Belgaum (Karnataka).

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.50/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Commandant, The Infantry School, Mhow.

NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST, EX-SERVICEMEN AND PH CATEGORIES.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See PDF file below) along with attested copies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualification, Caste, Age, Experience certificate (if applicable) and any other relevant documents

All the testimonials enclosed with the Application form must be in self-attested copies. Enclose one additional self-signed passport size photograph with the Application form (write Name,  Father’s name, post applied for in the backside of the photograph)

Candidates must also enclose 01 Self-Addressed envelope with the Application Form affixed with postage stamp of requisite amount.

The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be superscribed on top with — “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF_____, CATEGORY____”
