INSPECTOR OF DRUGS
No. of Vacancies: 16 Nos. (UR-07, EWS-03, OBC/ MOBC-03, ST-03. Out of the total posts, 01 post is reserved for OH candidate)
Educational Qualification: i) A Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University.
ii) Apart from English, the candidate should have adequate knowledge of atleast 01 official language of the state of Assam (i.e. Assamese/ Bengali/ Bodo), except candidates belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council.
Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates having uniformly good academic qualification and experience in handling legal matters.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000 — Rs.87000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC/ MOBC and 10 years for PWD category.
