Educational Qualification: At least three years Full–time, Regular/ Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General, OBC, PWD & ST candidates and 45 percent marks in case of SC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks in graduation as well as in Post-graduation.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience after M.Tech for Grade C preferably in the area of Hydrogen / Fuel Cell Minimum 3 years of experience after M.Tech for Grade B preferably in the area of Hydrogen / Fuel Cell.
Age Limit: For Grade C: Maximum-39 Years and For Grade B: Maximum-35 Years as on 31.10.2016
Pay Scale: For Group C- Rs.32,900/- Rs.58,000/- and For Group B- Rs.29100/- Rs.54500/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
