Eligibility Criteria for IRCON Recruitment 2024

Education Qualification and Experience: Assistant Manager/ HRM (E-1)

• Candidate must have Passed a post-graduate degree/ diploma in HR/ Personnel/IR /PM & IR with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/ institution within 2 Years full time.

Experience –
(i) Candidate should have experience in HR-related matters.
(ii) candidates having experience in any field related to employee services like recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, employee welfare matters, compliance, and final settlement.
