Educational Qualification for ISI Recruitment 2023
Candidates should have a B.E./ B.Tech or equivalent (10+2+4) in Computer Science. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent discipline, B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent (10+2+3/ 10+2+3+2). Num. Applied Mathematics or equivalent discipline. Proficiency in C programming in Unix/Linux environment.
Desirable Details:-
Candidates should have knowledge in cryptology and security. Python programming in Unix/Linux environment. Must have practical experience using LabVIEW or similar open-source software.
Age Limit for ISI Kolkata Recruitment 2023
Not exceeding 35 years as on 01.12.2023 with normal relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Miscellaneous candidates. Age relaxation may also be given to outstanding candidates or candidates with relevant experience.
Pay Scale for Indian Statistical Institute Recruitment 2023

How to Apply for ISI Kolkata Recruitment 2023
Candidates will be selected through direct walk-in interview only.
Eligible and interested candidates should bring a cover letter in English addressed to Professor-in-Charge, Institute, Department of Applied Statistics, Calcutta along with a current CV (signed), (i) Name (in block letters), (b) Permanent/Present address, (c) e-mail address, (d) telephone/mobile number, (e) name of parent/husband, (f) Date of Birth, (g) Educational Qualification (marks obtained in each examination from 10th onwards with percentage, (h) Experience (if any), (i) Aadhaar Card/ Voter Card/ PAN Card, (j) SC /ST/OBC/ differently abled status, self-attested soft copies of all documents/testimonials. Original certificates are required for verification at the time of the interview. CVs with incomplete information or without supporting documents may be rejected.
The selected candidate will have to produce all relevant documents/testimonials and a medical certificate of fitness from the Institute’s Medical Officer for verification. Shortlisted candidates will be selected through interviews and all the selected candidates will be informed through email.
Walk-in interview for attaching a project will be held on 21.12.2023 at 11:30 AM at Seminar Room (8th Floor, SN Bose Bhavan) of Applied Statistics Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
