b. Submit the annual return to the Register of Societies for the fiscal year 2022-23.
c. Have undergone external audit for the last three years.
d. Demonstrate relevant work experience in the health or other development sectors.

Other Terms of Reference –
a. If an NGO is chosen, the following Terms of Reference (TOR) may be applicable.
b. The NGO will be responsible for selecting and supplying Rogi Sahayaks to the hospital, adhering to specified eligibility criteria.
c. It will oversee the punctuality, attendance, and performance of the Rogi Sahayaks.
d. The hospital authorities will provide all necessary furniture, and documents for smooth operation, as well as drinking water and toilet facilities.
e. The NGO will designate a representative from their organization to supervise the work of the Rogi Sahayak Kendras and liaise with hospital authorities.
f. Individuals working at the Rogi Sahayak Kendra should focus solely on their assigned tasks; no additional responsibilities from the hospital or NGO should be assigned during their working hours at the counter.
g. NGOs meeting the specified qualifications and having a minimum of one year of continuous working experience in the health sector are eligible to participate in the EOI.
h. A valid society registration certificate is a prerequisite for participating NGOs.
i. Submission of audited accounts for the last three years is mandatory.
j. NGOs participating must have a regular office setup in the concerned district.
