1. SCIENTISTS/ ENGINEER “SC”: 375 Nos.
Field/Disciplines wise vacancies –
- Scientists/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics): 216 Nos.
- Scientists/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical): 109 Nos.
- Scientists/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science): 50 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters for which results are available) or CGPA 6.84 on a ten scale in relevant disciplines. Minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in section B alone for candidates with AMIE/Grad IETE qualification.
Candidates who are slated to complete the BE/B.Tech course in the academic year 2015-16 are also eligible to apply provided final Degree is available by 31/8/2016.
Age Limit:Â Maximum 35 years as on 25/05/2016 as on 25.05.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.15600/- – Rs.39100/- with Grade Pay: Rs.5400/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test. The written test will be conducted on 03.07.2016 at ten venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 01/06/2016
