1. TECHNICIAN-B (CIVIL)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-1; UR-2)
Educational Qualification: SSLC/SSC pass and ITI/ NTC/NAC in Civil Trade
Age Limit: 35 years as on 13/06/2018
Basic Pay: Rs.21700/- per month.
2. TECHNICIAN-B (ELECTRICAL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC)
Educational Qualification: SSLC/SSC pass and ITI/ NTC/NAC in Electrical Trade
Age Limit: 35 years as on 13/06/2018
Basic Pay: Rs.21700/- per month.
3. JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-2; OBC-1)
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree from a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree level
OR Master’s degree from a recognised University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as
medium of examination at Degree level
OR Master’s degree from a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at Degree level
OR Master’s degree from a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at Degree level
OR Master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level
AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years
experience of translation work from Hindi to English and viceversa in Central or State Government office, including
Government of India undertakings.
Age Limit: 35 years as on 13/06/2018
Basic Pay: Rs.35400/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
The posts are temporary, but likely to continue. The post of Technician-B is for filing up in ISRO Headquarters, Bengaluru and the post Jr. Hindi Translator is for ISRO Liaison Cell (ILC), Mumbai, Karnataka and Chandigarh.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Skill Test wherever applicable.
