1. Senior Private Secretary: 50 Nos. (SC-08, ST-06, OBC-18, Gen-18)
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University and English shorthand at 120 words per minute. Candidates should have knowledge of Computer covering MS Office, Pagemaker.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 14/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4800/-
2. Private Secretary: 24 Nos. (SC-06, ST-03, OBC-04, Gen-11)
Educational Qualification: Degree from recognized University and English shorthand at 120 words per minute. Candidates should have knowledge of Computer covering MS Office, Pagemaker.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 14/09/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4600/-
Upper Age Relaxation: As per Govt. norms
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Written Test followed Skill test and Interview.
Written Test will be of 150 marks for two hours duration on General Studeis &English and Essay/Precise. Skill test will be Stenography test of 100 marks. Candidates qualifying both will be called for Interview of 50 marks.
Candidates selected for the post will be on probation for two years.
