ITBP Constable (GD) Recruitment 2023 Application fees:
The application fees for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) recruitment for the post of Constable (General Duty) under the Sports Quota for 2023 are as follows:
- Male candidates belonging to Unreserved (UR), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/-.
- Female candidates and candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 23 years.
Upper Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for the OBC category.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cms (76 cms for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85 cms (81 cms for ST)
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm (150 cm for ST candidates)
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/Chest measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see the officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein, or squint in eyes and should possess high color vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of their duties.
ITBP Constable (GD) Recruitment 2023 Candidates’ Selection:
Selection of candidates will be through Documentation, Physical Standard Test (PST), and Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
