ITBP Head Constable Telecommunication Physical Standard Test

Candidates must meet the height, chest (for males only), and weight requirements to qualify for the Physical Standard Test. The standards vary based on categories.

(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cms (76 cms for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85 cms (81 cms for ST)
