1. ITI APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 300 Nos.
Trades wise vacancies:
Fitter: 107
Carpenter: 03
Painter (Gen): 07
Machinist: 67
Welder (G&E): 45
Electrician: 71
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed 1Oth class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, from recognized Board and also must passed lTl in the relevant trades. Candidate should have passed the prescribed qualification on or before 21/10/2019
Age Limit: 15years to 24yrs. Age limit for welder trade, and carpenter candidates – from 15 years to 22 years only. as on 21/11/2019
Consolidated Pay: Rs.4000 — Rs.5000 per month.
2. NON ITI APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 74 Nos.
Trades wise vacancies:
Fitter: 30
Machinist: 15
Welder (G&E): 11
Electrician: 18
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed 1Oth class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks on or before 21/10/2019
Age Limit: 15years to 22 years as on 21/11/2019
Consolidated Pay: Rs.4000 — Rs.5000 per month.
No weightage will be given for higher academic qualification. One candidate can apply for only one trade (lTl or Non lTl).

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of 100. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. See officially released advertisement for more details.
NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST /PH AND WOMAN CANDIDATES.

Before applying online for the above said vacancies, candidates must register themselves as an apprentice with the government portal – www.apprenticeship.gov.in in order to get enrollment/ registration number.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO DIESEL LOCOMOTIVE WORKS, INDIAN RAILWAYS AT THIS STAGE.
