3. Facility Level Quality Manager (NHM): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing/ Life Science/ Social Science graduate with master in Hospital Administration/ Health Management with one year experience. Knowledge of computer, fluency in Engish and should have good communication skills both written & verbal.
Age Limit: maximum 40 years as on 10/12/2015

4. Medical Officer (NHUM): 02 Nos. (UR-1; SC-1)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with 01 year compulsory Internship and must be registered under Medical Council.
Age Limit: maximum 63 years as on 10/12/2015

5. District Consultant (Quality Monitoring): 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics with good academic record. Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Previous work experience would be preferred.

Pay Scale: Rs.30000
6. Lab Technician (NHUM): 02 Nos. (UR-1; SC-1)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.

7. Counsellor (NPCDCS): 01 Nos. (SC)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and Diploma in Counselling in health education/ mass communication.
Experience – At least 02yrs experience in counseling in health care facility.

Pay Scale: Rs.12000/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Exam, Computer Skill test and Interview except for the post of Medical Officer (NHUM). Candidates applying for the post of Medical Officer (NHUM) will be selected on basis of academic performance and experience.
