Educational Qualification: Candidates must have done Graduate and having Proficiency in English Shorthand and typing for Personal Assistant of High Court, English Stenographers of civil court and for Hindi Stenographer of Civil Court, the candidates must be proficient in Hindi shorthand and typing. The speed of shorthand and typing of personal Assistant & English stenographers would be 100 and 40 wpm and for Hindi Stenographer the speed would be 70 and 35 wpm.

Educational qualification: Graduate pass. Candidates should have knowledge of working on computer with sound knowledge of typing in computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and not more than 35 years as on 01.01.2016
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Skill Test / Personality Test / Viva voice Test / Written Test / Computer Test / Typing Test wherever applicable. Skill Test of the candidates will be taken first.
All document enclosed with the application form should be attested by the Gazetted Officer.
Note: Candidates will have to bring their own typewriter for typing test.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.125/- in case of ST / SC) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi, payable at Ranchi. Name and address of the candidates must be mentioned in the overleaf of the Demand Draft.
