Educational qualification for all above post, except for Stenography and Computer Science: Master’s Degree in the relevant subject

(i) For Stenography: Master’s Degree with certificate course in Stenography and on the basis of qualifying test in shorthand and typewriting for which the minimum speed shall be 80 and 40 words per minute respectively.

(ii) For Computer Science: MCA or DOEACC “B” Level Course.

 

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Pay Scales (For all above subjects/discipline): Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay – Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- per month.

Examination will be held at different centers located in Srinagar, Jammu, Anantnag, Baramulla, Doda & Rajouri

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.505/- (Rs.255 for Reserved Categories) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be submitted at the Commission’s office within 02 days from the date of fee payment – Office of the PSC Complex located at Reshamgarh Colony, Jammu, Solina, Srinagar
