JNM Hospital Kalyani Recruitment 2023 Essential Qualification
Qualification: B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT)/BMLS or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)/DMLS with a course duration of at least 2 years recognized by the State Government/Central Government.
Experience:
- Two years of laboratory work experience for B.Sc/Diploma holders (excluding mandatory internship).
- One year experience for M.Sc holders (excluding mandatory internship).
Desirable Qualification/Experience:
- Knowledge of computer basics, data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Government laboratories or accredited labs.
- Experience in immuno-diagnostics and molecular assay for HIV.

The selection process for the Laboratory Technician position will be based on a comprehensive assessment comprising a written test, carrying a weightage of 70 marks, and an interview, which includes a computer test, with a weightage of 30 marks.
