ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Candidate having work experiences in similar line shall be given preference. Experience is not mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01.01.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 25,000/- for 1st year, Rs. 30,000/- for 2nd year & Rs. 35,000/- for 3rd year per month.
The candidate will be appointed on Contractual basis for a period of three (03) years. The candidate will be posted at Company’s Regd. Office, Guwahati.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test/ Interview.
